One Bowl Apple Pie Baked Oatmeal

What You Need To Make This Recipe

Preheat

Preheat oven to 375

Mix
Step 2
Mix oats, flax, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.

Add milk, egg, butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix well. (Egg can be substituted with 1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsop water, sit for 5 min)

Chop
Step 4
Chop apples and almonds. Add all of the apples to the bowl and half of the almonds. Mix well.

Bake
Step 5
Pour into 8x8 pan and cook for 40 minutes

Enjoy

Top with a drizzle of honey and the rest of the chopped almonds. Serve warm with optional toppings like whipped cream, milk, or ice cream.
