Imported fresh and dried Calabrian Chili peppers are incorporated with Chianti, garlic, black pepper and Sicilian sea salt then stuffed in all natural hog casings. West Loop Salumi uses pork from local Berkshire Slagel Family hogs. Everything is fermented and dried slowly according to European traditions. All casings are natural and each product is hand tied with hemp twine. All salumi are seasoned using Sicilian sea salts and the highest quality ingredients available.
