12 oz. Locally made with locally grown organic soy beans with no additives or preservatives from Phoenix Bean in Chicago. Great low fat, zero cholesterol source of protein. Vegan & Gluten Free. Ingredients: Fried extra firm tofu (IL grown non GMO soybeans, calcium sulfate and corn oil), salt, garlic chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar, black bean sauce.

    This is spicy and delicious. I love to toss it all into a hot sizzling pan of stirfry with onions, pea pods or sugarsnap peas, zucchini, tons of mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, garlic, ginger... whatever you like really. The spicy mixture seasons the whole dish. Add more soy sauce if you like or just some vegetable broth. If I'm feeding more than myself I toss in some rice noodles or ramen to bulk it up. YUM!     I use this to do a quick stir fry. I stir fry all my veggies while I soak my rice noodles. When it's all ready I add the container of spicy tofu and heat it up in the veggies. Then add in my rice noodles for a quick heat through. After portioning out 3 big servings I sprinkle fresh cilantro, sliced green onions, some chopped peanuts or almonds, and then finish with a healthy dash or 10 of Asian chili flakes. You can add vegetable broth if you want it more saucy. For me, the Seasoning in the spicy tofu is spot on perfect. Leftovers- I give it a shot of hoisin sauce and nuke it. Such a yummy full meal.
