Salami, Spanish Chorizo

4 - 6 oz. Spanish Chorizo chub from West Loop Salumi. 100% Heritage Berkshire salame seasoned with a blend of spanish smoked paprikas, garlic and pepper. It is slowly fermented and air dried for a minimum of one month. West Loop Salumi uses pork from local Berkshire Slagel Family hogs. Everything is fermented and dried slowly according to European traditions. All casings are natural and each product is hand tied with hemp twine. All salumi are seasoned using Sicilian sea salts and the highest quality ingredients available.
