4 - 6 oz. Barolo salami chub from West Loop Salumi. The barolo is made with barolo wine, garlic and pepper. West Loop Salumi uses pork from local Berkshire Slagel Family hogs. Everything is fermented and dried slowly according to European traditions. All casings are natural and each product is hand tied with hemp twine. All salumi are seasoned using Sicilian sea salts and the highest quality ingredients available.
