Spinach, Feta & Shallot Quiche

    Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Combine the eggs, cream, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Layer the bottom of your pie shell with the spinach and then the shallots. Sprinkle about half the amount of feta directly on top of the veggies. Pour the egg batter over the veggies and cheese. Top the egg batter with the rest of the feta and bake for 35-40 minutes.
