Baked Apples with Rosemary Infused Honey. A traditional dessert with a slight twist!
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. In a small saucepan, gently heat honey with rosemary sprigs. Core six apples making sure not to puncture the bottom so they hold their juices. Combine a creamy white cheese, either goat cheese or a blue cheese with chopped nuts, like walnuts or pecans. Stuff the apples with the cheese filling. Remove the rosemary sprigs from the honey.
Place your apples in a baking dish, pour apple juice all around the outside, and drizzle the tops with honey and bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm for a healthy and seasonal dessert!
