Cranberry Pistachio Bark

Cranberry Pistachio Bark. This dessert is easy to make so it works perfectly as a hostess or holiday gift as well as a dessert treat for the family.

    Step 1

    Melt both chocolates in a double boiler (a heatproof bowl over a pot filled with boiling water). Once entirely melted, pour the melted chocolate over a 9X9 inch piece of parchment paper over a baking sheet. Working quickly, sprinkle chopped cranberries, nuts, and any other topping like dried fruits, candies, or coconut flakes over the top. Let the chocolate set at room temperature for at least 2 hours.

    Break into pieces and serve in a pile on a small platter or add to goody bags and tie with a ribbon.
