At Das Schlacht Haus, we custom process our meats and also sell them for retail and private label. Beef and hogs are our specialty, but we also process sheep, goats, buffalo, and elk. Our retail shop is open to the public and offers many fresh cuts of meats, sausages, seasonings and more. Monday through Saturday you can visit and talk to our friendly and knowledgeable staff to get exactly the cuts and flavors you wan.
