Due to heavily increased order volume, we appreciate your patience as we work hard to scale up to meet demand. Right now we are working overtime to ensure orders continue to be fulfilled and delivered on time and correctly.

as the situation continues, we are not able to source certain products and are sorry if we have to short items on your order
If we are tight on product we will limit high quantity orders of those items
Delivery procedures keep evolving to keep everyone safe. We are moving to no contact deliveries, packing orders in new wax cartons, having the drivers call upon arrival and then leaving the box(es) out front. The drivers will not take the cartons back. Customers can keep them outside for when we start picking up packaging again, or can dispose of the boxes
