Welcome Groupon Customers! PLEASE NOTE: This groupon is only good for customers who are receiving deliveries in the following zip codes: 60607, 60612, 60605, or 60616. We look forward to delivering fresh vegetables and fruit to you! Follow these steps to redeem your Groupon:
1. Sign up an Account. Go to our homepage www.freshpicks.com and enter your shipping zip code in the “Create a New Account Box” in the top right of the page. This will take you to the Account Page where you’ll enter your information. Please note that we do require a credit card on file to set up an account. If you just order the Fresh Picks Veg/Fruit Box your card will not be charged but you can also easily add other items like milk, eggs or fish to your order. 2. Enter your Groupon code in the “Fresh Picks Box Exclusions & Codes” box on the Account Page and click Submit. You are now logged in.
3. Place the order for your Groupon Deal - The Fresh Picks Veg/Fruit Box.
Scroll over the “Our Products” tab on the top menu and click Fresh Picks Boxes. Find the Fresh Picks Veg/Fruit Box product and click “Add to Order”
Click the "Check Out" button on the top right of the page and then click "Confirm." You will receive a Confirmation Email for your delivery if all went through successfully. Please email us at answers@freshpicks.com if you do not receive this email.
PLEASE NOTE: The Order Summary Page and Confirmation Email are automated so the displayed total will not reflect your Groupon Code. We wait to check out your order until the morning of your delivery which is when your Groupon discount is applied. What to expect the day of your delivery: 1. Your confirmation email will specify which day your Fresh Picks Veg/Fruit Box will arrive. 2. You cannot specify the time your order will be delivered as we try to make our routes as efficient as possible to cut down on our carbon emissions. Most deliveries are made in the afternoon. If you’d like a window of when your order will be delivered please call us at 847-410-0595 the morning of your delivery. 3. Your order will be delivered in a wax carton which you will not need to return. If you add additional items to this or future orders we'll deliver in our reuseable bins. Contact us to have the bins picked up when we're back in your area. Please feel free to reuse the carton as it makes for great storage.
